Introduction
The Special Forces Unlimited Inc. and Girls and Boys Club was founded to serve “athletically minded” youth who are seeking a solid avenue to explore their capabilities and potential to excel using sports, technology, the arts and entertainment as vehicles to promote academics. The youth will gain insight and knowledge to attain the optimum level of health and holistic growth. The objective is to educate youths of the importance of striving for optimum physical health through heightened knowledge of proper nutrition and consistent exercise while minimizing the risk of injuries and building critical thinking skills, self-esteem, and knowledge. The components of the service are designed with emphasis on training, support, sports, nutrition and injury prevention. Certain problems, exist which reflects the need to implement the components of this program. The service is orchestrated to make this experience as accessible and affordable as possible to this audience.
